Posted on William Kinsman2025-10-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Extremely personable crew, very respectful, high quality work. Has never fallen short once in the multiple jobs ive had for them. Had them tear up our parking pad most recently.Posted on Roger Brown2025-10-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional maintenance. Prior to construction, Travis was very helpful in suggesting design changes which increased space for a minimal increase in cost.Posted on Karen Kelch2025-10-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update: we had Trademark back to install a new matching dishwasher, range, and range hood. The work included a new full electrical line for the range as we switched from a "dual fuel" to a full gas range and only needed a 120 outlet. The fit is excellent, all materials and trash removed, old appliances disposed of, all working. Thank you Marvin and Mike :-) After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)Posted on Charles James2025-09-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is our second time working with Trademark Construction, and we couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with the kitchen and bath renovation they did for us five years ago that we didn't hesitate to hire them again for a major kitchen remodel in our new Towson home. From start to finish, Vasilios and his team consistently deliver exceptional service. We love that their easy online scheduling and the small consultation fee are both incredibly valuable. We were also very impressed with their professionalism and project management abilities. They use online software that allows us to see the schedule and monitor our entire project from start to finish. Trademark Construction is not only MHIC licensed, but they also hold a master plumbing license, which allows them to handle all plumbing installations. This is a huge bonus! We highly recommend them for any kitchen, bathroom, basement, or full-home remodel.Posted on Tom Paradis2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Homeowners in Hampden and Bolton Hill upgrade kitchen sinks when renovating their historic rowhomes. A new sink installation eliminates leaks, improves water pressure, and complements quality countertops like granite or quartz. With proper plumbing work, your kitchen becomes more functional and your family can wash dishes without dealing with slow drains or weak water flow from aging pipes.
Baltimore rowhomes often have copper pipes and outdated plumbing that require replacement during sink installation. We inspect your water lines and replace worn washers, corroded fittings, and rusted pipes to prevent future leaks. When cutting your countertop opening, we use professional-grade tools that protect expensive stone surfaces from chips and cracks. Every measurement is verified twice to ensure your new sink fits perfectly.
Our plumbers connect all drain pipes, test your faucet pressure, and ensure proper alignment throughout the installation. If you have a garbage disposal, we make sure it connects securely and operates correctly. You can use your kitchen sink the same day we complete the work. Homeowners in Locust Point and South Baltimore choose undermount sinks for their sleek, modern appearance and functionality. Unlike drop-in sinks, undermount styles sit beneath your countertop, creating a smooth surface that makes cleanup effortless; you can wipe crumbs directly into the sink without a rim getting in your way. This installation style showcases your granite or quartz countertop as the focal point of your kitchen.
Installing undermount sinks in Baltimore County homes requires specialized tools and careful countertop work. Granite and marble counters demand precise measurements and professional-grade cutting equipment, improper cuts can crack expensive stone surfaces. We measure twice and cut once to protect your investment.
After the sink is positioned, we apply high-quality silicone around every edge to create a watertight seal that prevents water damage and withstands Maryland’s humid summers and freezing winters.
We secure your undermount sink with heavy-duty mounting clips rated for the specific weight and material. Cast iron sinks require reinforced brackets, while stainless steel models use standard mounting hardware. Before installation, we verify that your cabinet structure can support the sink’s weight. Learn more about different sink installation types and how they work.
Condo owners in Harbor East and Inner Harbor choose quick bathroom vanity upgrades to modernize their spaces without lengthy downtime. When your bathroom is properly prepared, we can replace a vanity sink in approximately two hours. This allows you to update your bathroom without disrupting your entire day or morning routine before heading to work downtown.
Older Baltimore bathrooms, particularly in Federal Hill and Mount Vernon rowhomes, often have drains positioned at non-standard heights. We bring adapter fittings and necessary connectors to ensure your new sink integrates seamlessly with existing plumbing. Cast iron drain pipes common in historic homes require different connections than modern PVC systems. During installation, we inspect your water pressure and replace worn valves if needed to restore proper flow.
After your sink is secured, we seal around the base with professional-grade caulk to prevent water infiltration behind your vanity, critical for protecting walls in Baltimore’s humid climate. We clean the work area thoroughly and haul away your old sink and all packaging materials. You can use your bathroom immediately after we complete the installation.
Homeowners in Fells Point and Mount Vernon prioritize safe sink removal to prevent costly water damage in their historic properties. Professional removal protects your countertops, plumbing, and walls while revealing hidden issues that DIY projects often miss. Baltimore’s century-old rowhomes frequently conceal deteriorated wood, corroded pipes, and mold growth beneath old sinks, problems that must be addressed before installing new fixtures.
Rowhome plumbing configurations require extra caution because pipes often run through shared walls with neighboring units. A single mistake during removal can cause water damage to multiple properties. We shut off water supply lines and drain all plumbing before beginning demolition work.
In East Baltimore rowhomes where walls are shared, we work methodically to avoid disturbing adjacent properties. We inspect the area beneath your sink for rot and mold, documenting conditions with photos so you understand what repairs are necessary before installation.
We haul away your old sink and dispose of it properly, included in our service. Heavy cast iron sinks common in older Baltimore homes require two-person lifting to prevent injury and property damage. After removal, we verify that your drain lines flow properly and address any issues before your new sink installation begins. This ensures a clean workspace and prevents future plumbing problems.
Homeowners in Riverside and Butchers Hill are increasingly choosing farmhouse sinks, also known as apron-front sinks, to upgrade their Baltimore rowhome kitchens. These deep, exposed-front sinks add character and easily hold large pots and cookware, but they require special cabinet modifications and reinforced support brackets because they weigh 50-100 lbs more than standard drop-ins.
In compact Baltimore rowhome kitchens, we measure carefully to ensure the farmhouse sink won’t block access to back doors or basement stairs. A 33-inch farmhouse sink needs at least a 36-inch base cabinet, so we cut and modify the cabinet front panel, then install structural support beams before setting the sink.
During installation, we level the sink to prevent drainage issues, connect all plumbing lines, and adjust surrounding cabinet doors to sit flush with the exposed apron front. The result is a durable, functional centerpiece for your Canton or Highlandtown kitchen remodel.

Yes, licensed plumbers make tight connections that meet Baltimore City codes. Professional work stops water damage. We handle all plumbing and test everything before we leave. DIY jobs often leak at drains or water lines.
Often yes if your new sink matches the old hole size and style. We measure your opening and find sinks that fit. This saves you money. Drop-in sinks work best for using old holes in Baltimore County homes.
Installing a sink in Baltimore takes these steps. Turn off water lines under your old sink. Take apart drain pipes and lift out the old sink. Measure and cut your counter if you need a new opening. Put silicone around the sink edge. Lower your new sink into place and lock it with clips. Hook up water lines and drains again. Run water for five minutes to check for leaks.
Most kitchen or bath sinks in Baltimore rowhomes take 2-4 hours with plumbing. Harder jobs with cabinet work take longer. We tell you how long during your free meeting. Farmhouse sinks with cabinet changes can take all day.
Undermount and farmhouse sinks look great with granite counters in Towson and Lutherville homes. Drop-in sinks work with laminate in older Baltimore properties. We help you pick based on your counter and cabinets. Big families like deep single sinks for washing large pots after steaming crabs.
Simple sink swaps rarely need permits in Baltimore City or County. Big kitchen remodels with moved plumbing do need them. We get permits when needed. Our work follows all city rules. Moving drain lines or adding new water pipes needs permits.
Yes, if your vanity is strong and the sink fits the cabinet hole. We check your vanity for water damage first. Weak cabinets need replacing to hold the sink. Particle board vanities under leaky sinks in humid Baltimore bathrooms lose their strength.
