Has never fallen short once in the multiple jobs ive had for them. Had them tear up our parking pad most recently.Posted on Roger Brown2025-10-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional maintenance. Prior to construction, Travis was very helpful in suggesting design changes which increased space for a minimal increase in cost.Posted on Karen Kelch2025-10-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update: we had Trademark back to install a new matching dishwasher, range, and range hood. The work included a new full electrical line for the range as we switched from a "dual fuel" to a full gas range and only needed a 120 outlet. The fit is excellent, all materials and trash removed, old appliances disposed of, all working. Thank you Marvin and Mike :-) After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)Posted on Charles James2025-09-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is our second time working with Trademark Construction, and we couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with the kitchen and bath renovation they did for us five years ago that we didn't hesitate to hire them again for a major kitchen remodel in our new Towson home. From start to finish, Vasilios and his team consistently deliver exceptional service. We love that their easy online scheduling and the small consultation fee are both incredibly valuable. We were also very impressed with their professionalism and project management abilities. They use online software that allows us to see the schedule and monitor our entire project from start to finish. Trademark Construction is not only MHIC licensed, but they also hold a master plumbing license, which allows them to handle all plumbing installations. This is a huge bonus! We highly recommend them for any kitchen, bathroom, basement, or full-home remodel.Posted on Tom Paradis2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every kitchen plumbing system in Baltimore has three essential components that must meet Baltimore City plumbing codes. Supply lines bring clean water to your faucets and appliances. Drain pipes carry wastewater away. Vent stacks prevent odors and allow proper drainage. When these three systems work together correctly, your kitchen stays functional and code-compliant.
Each component is critical to your kitchen’s daily function. Supply lines deliver water at consistent pressure for cooking and cleaning. Drains move wastewater quickly to prevent backups and flooding.
Vents balance air pressure so water flows smoothly and odors stay out. When we install or upgrade your kitchen plumbing, we ensure all three systems are sized correctly and connected properly for reliable, long-term performance.
Understanding your existing plumbing helps you make smart decisions about layout and budget. Many Fells Point and Mount Vernon rowhouses still have original galvanized pipes that corrode internally, reducing water pressure and increasing leak risk during remodels.
When we inspect kitchen plumbing, we identify which pipes need upgrading before demolition. Replacing deteriorated pipes now prevents costly surprises once renovation is underway.
Your kitchen plumbing ties into your home’s main water supply and sewer line, critical connection points that must meet Baltimore City code. We verify all connections are compliant and test water pressure to confirm new fixtures will perform as expected, keeping your remodel on schedule and budget.
Moving sinks or islands means moving pipes, involving cutting into walls and sometimes floors. Baltimore City requires licensed plumbers to get permits for water line or drain moves, protecting you and ensuring work meets safety standards.
We get permits and schedule inspections to keep projects on track. Our team finds routes through walls and floors using existing paths to save money and time. Sometimes we run new pipes through basement ceilings or crawl spaces, costing less than opening walls throughout your kitchen.
Before starting, we map out the new plumbing layout showing exactly where pipes will run and which walls need opening. This planning lets us coordinate with your contractor so drywall and painting happen at the right time. Island sinks require special planning, drains must slope correctly to prevent clogs.
Whether installing a farmhouse sink, undermount, or drop-in model, each type demands specific techniques. Farmhouse sinks require reinforced cabinet support brackets. Undermount sinks secure to countertop undersides with specialized adhesives and clips. Drop-in sinks rest within counter openings held by their rim.
We secure sinks with proper mounting hardware preventing shifting or countertop separation. All drain connections receive high-quality seals that won’t fail. We connect hot and cold water supply lines using durable shut-off valves giving you easy shutoff access for future repairs. We install basket strainers in standard sinks and disposal-compatible flanges if adding garbage disposal.
Homes in Hampden and Locust Point often feature granite or quartz countertops requiring precision cutting for undermount sinks, openings must match exact dimensions with perfectly polished edges. We coordinate directly with your countertop fabricator ensuring accurate measurements and synchronized timing to prevent delays.
Before completing jobs, we test every connection at full pressure checking for leaks. We verify drains empty quickly without gurgling or slow drainage, signs of venting or slope problems. This quality check ensures your new sink functions flawlessly.
Adding modern appliances requires proper plumbing connections meeting manufacturer specifications and local code. Dishwashers need dedicated hot water supply lines and properly vented drain connections. Garbage disposals tie into existing sink drains requiring both plumbing and electrical hookups. Refrigerator ice makers need cold water lines with individual shut-off valves.
We install properly sized water supply lines for each appliance, typically 3/8-inch flexible lines for dishwashers and ice makers, larger connections for disposals. All dishwasher and disposal drains receive dedicated connections with air gaps or high loops preventing wastewater backup. Individual shut-off valves let you service one fixture without shutting off water to your entire kitchen.
Many older Baltimore homes have outdated shutoff valves and undersized supply lines that can’t support modern, high-efficiency appliances. During remodels, we upgrade these components to prevent future problems. We also test water pressure and install pressure regulators if your system exceeds safe levels for new appliances.
We coordinate directly with your electrician ensuring proper sequencing, rough-in electrical must happen before we complete drain connections. This prevents scheduling conflicts and keeps your kitchen remodel on track.
Complete kitchen remodels require plumbing work in two phases, using one licensed plumbing team for both ensures better coordination and accountability. We begin with rough-in work, relocating supply lines and installing new drain pipes before walls close up. We install all pipes running inside walls, floors, and ceiling cavities, then pressure-test all connections before your contractor covers them with drywall.
After walls, flooring, and countertops are installed, we return for finish work, connecting sinks, faucets, and all appliances while protecting finished surfaces like tile backsplashes and granite counters. Working with a single plumbing company eliminates scheduling gaps and finger-pointing between multiple contractors.
Kitchen remodels in Charles Village and Roland Park frequently uncover deteriorating cast iron drain pipes common in homes built before 1970. When we discover corroded sections during rough-in, we provide clear options: replace only damaged portions or upgrade entire drain lines to modern PVC. We keep replacement materials on our trucks and can often address surprises the same day.
We maintain direct communication with your general contractor and show up precisely when scheduled. This reliability matters because plumbing work impacts every other trade, electricians need our rough-in complete before wiring outlets, tile setters need our drain stubs at correct height, and cabinet installers need accurate sink cutout measurements.

Replace old pipes with PEX, add shut-off valves, and upgrade drain vents for new appliances. PEX piping is flexible and resists freezing better than copper. Individual shut-off valves let you repair one fixture without shutting off water to your whole kitchen. Modern drain vents prevent slow drains and bad odors.
