Has never fallen short once in the multiple jobs ive had for them. Had them tear up our parking pad most recently.Posted on Roger Brown2025-10-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional maintenance. Prior to construction, Travis was very helpful in suggesting design changes which increased space for a minimal increase in cost.Posted on Karen Kelch2025-10-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update: we had Trademark back to install a new matching dishwasher, range, and range hood. The work included a new full electrical line for the range as we switched from a "dual fuel" to a full gas range and only needed a 120 outlet. The fit is excellent, all materials and trash removed, old appliances disposed of, all working. Thank you Marvin and Mike :-) After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)Posted on Charles James2025-09-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is our second time working with Trademark Construction, and we couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with the kitchen and bath renovation they did for us five years ago that we didn't hesitate to hire them again for a major kitchen remodel in our new Towson home. From start to finish, Vasilios and his team consistently deliver exceptional service. We love that their easy online scheduling and the small consultation fee are both incredibly valuable. We were also very impressed with their professionalism and project management abilities. They use online software that allows us to see the schedule and monitor our entire project from start to finish. Trademark Construction is not only MHIC licensed, but they also hold a master plumbing license, which allows them to handle all plumbing installations. This is a huge bonus! We highly recommend them for any kitchen, bathroom, basement, or full-home remodel.Posted on Tom Paradis2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Vasilios and the Trademark Construction Team was extremely helpful with helping me select and order the Onyx Collection solid surface shower kit. The Team also has offered to provide any assistance that I may need when I install it. I recommend Trademark Construction and Onyx Collection material for any remodeling projects.
Baltimore homeowners completing kitchen remodels or replacing broken appliances in rowhomes and single-family houses need permitted installations. Permitted installs protect resale value and prevent insurance denials after electrical or gas failures. Baltimore City requires permits for gas appliance hookups. Older wiring in Canton and Federal Hill rowhomes often needs upgrades before installation.
We pull permits for all gas and hardwired appliances before starting work. Our electricians test circuit capacity and upgrade panels when needed. Gas line inspections happen before we connect ranges or cooktops. You receive permit documentation that proves compliance during home inspections or insurance claims. Following best practices for appliance installation compliance keeps your home safe and your investment protected.
Unpermitted work creates liability if appliances fail or cause damage. Buyers discover code violations during pre-sale inspections. Insurance adjusters deny claims when installations lack proper permits. We handle paperwork and scheduling so you avoid these risks.
Homeowners in Hampden, Fells Point, and other historic neighborhoods switching from electric to gas ranges need licensed installers. Licensed installers test for gas leaks and ensure proper ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Many Baltimore rowhomes have cast iron gas lines from the 1940s that require pressure testing before connecting new ranges.
We inspect existing gas lines before connecting any appliance. Our technicians perform pressure tests to verify line integrity. Older cast iron pipes sometimes need replacement sections before hookup. We install flexible gas connectors that meet current code standards.
Gas leaks cause explosions and carbon monoxide poisoning in homes. Amateur installations miss small leaks that worsen over time. We use electronic detectors and soap tests at every joint. You get documentation of leak testing for insurance records.
Families in Catonsville and Towson upgrading to refrigerators with ice makers and built-in water dispensers need proper water line installation. Correct hookups prevent leaks that damage cabinets and subflooring in multi-story homes. Baltimore’s hard water requires sediment filters on refrigerator lines to extend appliance lifespan and improve ice quality.
We run dedicated water lines from shutoff valves under sinks. Our plumbers install sediment filters before refrigerator connections. Braided stainless steel supply lines replace old plastic tubing. We test water pressure and check for leaks before pushing appliances into place.
Hidden leaks destroy kitchen cabinets and create mold in wall cavities. Hard water clogs ice makers and shortens compressor life. We position shutoff valves where you can easily reach them during emergencies. Filter replacements remain simple with accessible mounting locations.
Baltimore homeowners in rowhomes and condos need proper hood installation to prevent mold growth on walls and ceilings caused by poor ventilation. Ducted range hoods remove cooking smoke and humidity more effectively than recirculating models. Narrow rowhome kitchens in Baltimore often require creative ductwork routing to exterior walls or roofs for proper venting.
We measure ductwork paths before ordering hoods. Our installers cut exterior vents in brick or siding at correct heights. Metal ductwork runs the shortest path to outside air. We seal all joints to prevent backdrafts and moisture intrusion.
Recirculating hoods push grease and moisture back into kitchens. Humidity damages paint and creates mold behind cabinets. Proper venting removes cooking odors that linger in rowhomes. We calculate CFM ratings based on range BTU output to meet code.
Homeowners in Columbia and Ellicott City installing custom cabinetry with built-in wall ovens and induction cooktops need proper clearances. Correct clearances prevent cabinet scorching and allow heat dissipation that extends appliance life. Maryland building code requires specific distances between cooktops and combustible materials, and we verify that cabinet materials meet these standards.
We review cabinet plans before installation day. Our team measures clearances above cooktops and beside wall ovens to ensure code compliance. Heat shields go between appliances and wood surfaces when needed. We install trim kits that cover gaps and block heat transfer.
Cabinets catch fire when cooktops sit too close to wood surfaces. Ovens overheat when ventilation gaps get blocked. We follow manufacturer specifications for every model. Your cabinets stay protected and your appliances run efficiently for years.
Baltimore homeowners finishing full kitchen remodels need all appliances tested before contractors leave. Our complete pre-completion checks catch wiring errors, gas leaks, and water pressure issues before they become emergency repairs. Baltimore City inspectors verify gas and electrical connections during final permit sign-off, and we coordinate all inspection timing.
We test every appliance function after installation. Ranges heat all burners and ovens reach target temperatures. Dishwashers fill, spray, drain, and dry without leaks. Refrigerators cool properly and ice makers produce ice. We adjust doors, check seals, and verify all settings.
Problems discovered after contractors leave cost more to fix. Scheduling return visits delays kitchen use. We coordinate city inspections and stay until permits close. You receive warranty paperwork and operation instructions for each appliance before we leave your home.
Kitchen appliance installation in Baltimore typically takes 2 to 6 hours per appliance depending on hookup complexity. Most projects finish in one visit. Installation time depends on:

You can install plug-in appliances, but gas hookups and hardwired electrical connections require licensed contractors per Baltimore City code. We handle permits and inspections for gas ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens. Plug-in refrigerators and microwaves need no permits or special licenses.
Gas appliances and hardwired electric appliances like ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens require permits. Plug-in refrigerators and microwaves do not need permits. We pull all required permits before starting installation work. Baltimore City inspectors verify connections before final approval.
Gas ranges and cooktops require ventilation hoods that exhaust to the exterior. Building code mandates minimum CFM ratings based on BTU output. We install ducted hoods that remove moisture and cooking fumes. Recirculating hoods do not meet code for gas appliances.
Most kitchen remodelers include old appliance removal and disposal. Confirm before scheduling installation appointments. We haul away refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves. Recycling centers accept appliances with refrigerant properly recovered.
Same-day installation is possible for simple plug-in appliances. Gas and hardwired installs usually require next-day scheduling for permit processing. We coordinate delivery timing with your appliance retailer. Emergency replacements get priority scheduling when available.
