Our Home Improvement Process is easy and 100% Stress-Free

Start with a call to us so we can discuss your goals. Just give us a call at 410-633-2308, or complete our online form. Our coordinator will help you start the process. We’ll ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of your project and what stage of planning you are currently in. We may also send you a questionnaire to help us gather those details. Having this information upfront helps us meet your expectations. If we are on the same page, we can book an in-house consultation.

One of our expert estimators/designers will meet with you, in your home, to discuss your remodeling plans in depth. From 20 years of service, we can tell you that no two renovation projects are alike, and for this reason, we customize a renovation plan and design (if one is needed) to meet your individual requirements. We’ll talk about the types of materials you would like to incorporate, scheduling, and the estimated budget you will likely need to bring your vision to life

After our initial in-home consultation, if we’re a good fit, we proceed to the Design & Pricing agreement, wherein we formalize the project details, and you will be required to deposit a small fee that addresses the initial design work and preparation of the fixed cost, (which is guaranteed for the work specified!) Now will schedule a meeting in our showroom where you’ll make your materials selections, such as bathroom flooring or kitchen cabinets, counters and hear further our ideas for the layout. Note that many of our clients, ready to get started, bypass the initial in-home consultation and move directly into the design process which saves time and money.

One of our expert design professionals will then render a plan to meet your requirements. Once we have the master plan in place, we are able to give you that accurate, fixed cost. Here’s the really fun part. Now we have you back to the showroom to see your design in 3D view and hear the final pricing. We’re almost there!

Now that you’ve selected your materials and approved your design and fixed pricing, the final contract is drawn. Get ready to see your home renovation dream come to life! The time has come! We start the construction of your dream home or business!

Throughout your project, you will have weekly site meetings with your site’s Forman or Project Manager. These meetings are a great way for you to see and understand each step as your project takes shape. If you want to make a change or an amendment to the plans, let us know as early as possible, as we will need to update corresponding budgets, costs, and timelines. We will keep you fully informed if any unexpected or unforeseen costs arise during the process.
