To ensure a productive and personalized experience, there is a $125 design consultation fee. This fee confirms your appointment and allows our expert designers and estimators to dedicate focused time and expertise to your project.

What you get for your $125:

• A dedicated, on-site consultation (60 minutes): A member of our design team will meet with you at your home to discuss your project in detail.

• Expert advice and insights: We’ll analyze your space, offer professional recommendations on layouts and materials, and discuss potential solutions.

• A clear project roadmap: We’ll help you define your project scope and budget based on the scope of work , building codes and requirement inspections. , giving you a clear understanding of the next steps.

Should you decide to move forward into the design phase of your project, the $125 fee will be credited back to your design invoice.

If there is a single project that doesn’t require a design like flooring, Painting , Handyman services etc. We will provide you with a written estimate within 3 business days .   

Please note: The fee is non-refundable. However, you can cancel and reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
