How We Work

Our process

Start with a call to us so we can discuss your goals. Just give us a call at 410-633-2308, or complete our online form. Our coordinator will help you start the process. We’ll ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of your project and what stage of planning you are currently in. We may also send you a questionnaire to help us gather those details. Having this information upfront helps us meet your expectations. If we are on the same page, we can book an onsite meeting.

01. Phone Call

One of our expert estimators/designers will meet with you, in your home, to discuss your remodeling plans in depth. From 20 years of service, we can tell you that no two renovation projects are alike, and for this reason, we customize a renovation plan and design (if one is needed) to meet your individual requirements. We’ll talk about the types of materials you would like to incorporate, scheduling, and the estimated budget you will likely need to bring your vision to life

02. In-House Consultation

After our initial in-home consultation, if we’re a good fit, we proceed to the Design & Pricing agreement, wherein we formalize the project details, and you will be required to deposit a small fee that addresses the initial design work and preparation of the fixed cost, (which is guaranteed for the work specified!) Now, schedule a meeting in our showroom where you’ll make your materials selections, such as bathroom flooring or kitchen cabinets and counters, and hear our ideas for the layout. Note that many of our clients, ready to get started, bypass the initial in-home consultation and move directly into the design process, which saves time and money

03. Showroom Meeting

One of our expert design professionals will then render a plan to meet your requirements. Once we have the master plan in place, we are able to give you that accurate, fixed cost. Here’s the really fun part. Now we have you back to the showroom to see your design in 3D view and hear the final pricing. We’re almost there!

04. Personalized Design Plan

Now that you’ve selected your materials and approved your design and fixed pricing, the final contract is drawn. Get ready to see your home renovation dream come to life! The time has come! We start the construction of your dream home or business!

05. Final Contract

Throughout your project, you will have weekly site meetings with your site’s Forman or Project Manager. These meetings are a great way for you to see and understand each step as your project takes shape. If you want to make a change or an amendment to the plans, let us know as early as possible, as we will need to update corresponding budgets, costs, and timelines. We will keep you fully informed if any unexpected or unforeseen costs arise during the process.

To keep you informed throughout production, you will have access to your own online management portal where you can review daily schedules, see account details, and connect with us 24/7. Or call us anytime. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day, but most often within hours.

Timeline

We provide you with a timeline and keep you updated as your project progresses. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to your project and our crews are assigned to one job at a time, so they are focused and make you their top priority.
